“This is the second house we’ve built and we had a geo thermal system installed in both houses. We owned the first house for 15 years and sold if four years ago. One of the BIG selling points of our first house was the geothermal system and it’s annual cost.
We personally believe that the government should require every new home built, to install a geothermal system. For the year of 2006, our entire heating and cooling costs for 12 months was $749.10. That’s an average monthly cost of only $62.42 for a 3,800 sq ft home plus the garage!”
